We recently engaged with Storm IT to provide us with an IT solution for providing stability and updating our fragmented IT system. After a very professional meeting and different options provided we made the decision to purchase hardware and software which were all implemented by Storm IT. The service we received was efficient and fast, with very little disruption to staff. We now have a robust system which has dealt with all our business needs and we still receive an ongoing service from Storm IT who I would not hesitate to recommend to any company.
Storm are always available on hand to advise and support our Small Business. We do not have a dedicated IT manager and therefore are reliant on Storm's knowledge and excellent service.
Storm recently moved us into the 21st century by moving us from a clunky 10 year old server over to Microsoft's 365 service. We now have all the latest software and features to enable us to run our business more reliably and efficiently. The switch-over was pain free as Alan moved all of our e-mail and documents to 'The Cloud' in the evenings to minimise disruption to our business. Thanks Storm!

Their team is highly professional and personable and their support and maintenance contract works extremely well for us as a small organisation. Whenever we have a problem they respond straight away either by telephone or in person and nothing is ever too much trouble.
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Storm IT for a number of years now, and have always received the highest level of service and support. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and have on many occasions worked in their own time just to ensure the job gets done to a more than satisfactory level. The support on offer is down to earth, and kept in simplistic terms, you don't feel like a number in a queue. Calling them up feels more like calling friends rather than dealing with a business. I have never had any problems with them, and would recommend them to anyone. I forget how many other IT support companies I've turned down over the years in order to keep on dealing with Storm IT.
